This Service Agreement explains the basic terms that apply when you request moving, packing, labor-only, storage, specialty item, or related services from Express Way Movers. Submitting a request does not guarantee service availability or create a final project scope until both parties agree on next steps.

Services

Express Way Movers may provide residential moving, commercial moving, packing, labor-only loading or unloading, storage moves, specialty item handling, and moving consultation services. The exact scope, timing, materials, crew size, and cost will be confirmed before work begins.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing accurate request details, safe access to pickup and delivery locations, accurate inventory and access information, parking or loading permissions, elevator or dock reservations, and any required permissions from property owners, building managers, or business stakeholders.

Estimates and Payment

Any initial estimate is based on information available at the time and may change if inventory, access, travel distance, wait time, packing, specialty item, disposal, or project scope differs from what was described. Payment terms will be confirmed before paid work begins.

Third-Party Locations and Services

Some projects may involve apartment buildings, storage facilities, parking authorities, disposal sites, elevator reservations, or other third parties. Express Way Movers is not responsible for delays, fees, restrictions, or access limitations controlled by those third parties.

Care and Limitations

Express Way Movers uses reasonable care when handling customer property. Customers should identify fragile, high-value, oversized, or unusually heavy items before work begins so the quote and crew plan can account for them.

Limitations

Services are provided with practical care and professional judgment.Express Way Movers is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits, business interruption, building access delays, or costs caused by inaccurate request details, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
